RE: Interim Action Plan Schedule Update for Asheville Steam
H.F. Lee Energy Complex and L.V. Sutton Energy Complex
Dear Mr. Zimmerman:
Plant, Belews Creek Steam Station,
Duke Energy, along with our consultants, and Department of Envi nmental Quality (DEQ) staff discussed
the Interim Action Plans for the above -referenced facilities during a meeting at the Archdale Building on
August 24, 2016. A letter summarizing this meeting was submitted to you on September 9, 2016.
During that meeting, Duke Energy stated an updated schedule would be provided for each of these four
facilities. Enclosed are those updated schedules.
