Lee Energy Complex and L.V. Sutton Energy Complex Dear Mr. Zimmerman: Plant, Belews Creek Steam Station, Duke Energy, along with our consultants, and Department of Envi nmental Quality (DEQ) staff discussed the Interim Action Plans for the above -referenced facilities during a meeting at the Archdale Building on August 24, 2016. A letter summarizing this meeting was submitted to you on September 9, 2016. During that meeting, Duke Energy stated an updated schedule would be provided for each of these four facilities.
