Division of Water Quality (DWQ):
The installation of the driveway culvert has been completed per the approved grading
and erosion control plan. The 70 foot long, 48" CMP was installed with the invert just
below the existing branch grade at the invert in. Due to the existing conditions and the
velocities for aten-year storm event, a riprap energy dissipator was installed at the outlet
per the approved grading and erosion control plan. The total disturbance of the branch
was less than 146 LF. Temporary sedimentation and erosion control devices will remain
in place until the house is constructed and the overall site is stabilized.
I have enclosed the Certificate of Completion Form, and photographs of the inlet and
outlet of the installed culvert for your information.
