Wildlands Holdings 11, LLC is providing buffer credits for the Shotwell Landfill project. I am in receipt of the attached
modification to the approval. I am anticipating that Katie Merritt will review the letter and not allow me to make the
transfers on our ledgers unless the bank names on your letter correspond correctly to our official bank names.
Can you update the Compensatory Mitigation paragraph on page 4 to show our banks as follows?
WEI — Neuse 01 Nutrient Offset and Buffer Umbrella Bank — Buck Swamp Parcel and Caraway Creek Phase I Parcel
North Fork Little River Nutrient Offset and Buffer Bank
Hopefully such will not require Anna to resubmit her 401 permit and is just a simple change for you........

the above mentioned project by paying into the North Fork Little River Nutrient Offset and Buffer Bank
sponsored by Wildlands Holdings II, LLC, wholly owned by Wildlands Engineering, Inc. ("The Bank").
The Bank has received full payment towards the Riparian Buffer Credits requirements for the above
referenced project. The project is located in the above mentioned jurisdiction which, as the governing
municipality, is required to implement stormwater management requirements as part of the Neuse
River Nutrient Strategy. The governing municipality must review and approve developer's stormwater
management plans which are to include options to offset nutrients loads occurring at the development
site. Payment into a private mitigation bank is acceptable per this nutrient strategy rule. The governing
municipality specified and verified that a portion of the riparian buffer impact could be bought down by
purchasing the above mentioned credits from the Bank. Wildlands Holdings II, LLC has also provided
credits for the Shotwell Landfill project from its WEI — Neuse 01 Nutrient Offset and Buffer Umbrella
Bank — Caraway Creek Parcel and Buck Swamp parcel bank..
