Wildlands Holdings II, LLC is providing buffer credits for the Shotwell Landfill project. I am in receipt of the attached
modification to the approval. I am anticipating that Katie Merritt will review the letter and not allow me to make the
transfers on our ledgers unless the bank names on your letter correspond correctly to our official bank names.
Can you update the Compensatory Mitigation paragraph on page 4 to show our banks as follows?
WEI — Neuse 01 Nutrient Offset and Buffer Umbrella Bank— Buck Swamp Parcel and Caraway Creek Phase I Parcel
North Fork Little River Nutrient Offset and Buffer Bank

Hopefully such will not require Anna to resubmit her 401 permit and is just a simple change for you..
