Attendees and Roles:
Andrew Pitner: Meeting Officer
Steve Lanter: Presenter (Ford Explorer)
Sarah Young: Sign-up, media coordination and sound recorder (Ford Explorer)
Debra Watts: Sign-up (Ford Explorer)
Eric Smith: Timekeeper (Ford Explorer) (Eric will go get the Explorer and meet everyone in the
loading dock.)
Bruce Parris: note -taker
Corey Basinger: Sign-up, crowd control
*The timekeeper will sit at the front with the meeting officer*
Agenda:
12:30 pm: (Debra, Eric, Steve, Sarah) Leave Archdale Building (meet Eric in the loading dock.
Eric will pick up Ford Exporer)
3:00 pm: Arrive at Catawba Community College for set-up (need to bring a laptop and back-up
projector. I've been told they have a projector in the room, but just in case. There will be a table
on the stage for the meeting officer and time keeper. Eric/Sarah will take all of the materials).
4:00 pm: Grab Linner (Lunch + Dinner)
5:00 pm: Go back to the Wayne Community College to await the public's arrival (Security
officer should be there at 5 pm)
5:30 pm: Sign-up, doors open
6:00 pm: Meeting begins -Meeting officer opens hearing. The presentation is next and then the
comments will start (5 min. for comments unless big crowd, then 3)
???? pm: Head back to Raleigh
