Members of the Consulting Agencies for the Brookfield Smoky Mountain Hydropower (BSMH) Project Shoreline
Management Plan (SMP),

Attached, you will find a draft copy of the BSMH SMP. This electronic copy is being sent for your review, as well as one
hard copy to each respective agency, unless otherwise specified. The hard copies will be sent via FedEx Delivery.

A meeting of the consulting agencies will be held at the Brookfield Smoky Mountain Hydro Calderwood Service Center
on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 10am – 2pm to address questions or comments concerning the draft document. A
conference call line will also be available for those that are unable to attend the meeting in person. Lunch will be served
at the onsite meeting. A calendar meeting notice with physical address and call-in information will also be provided as a
reminder.
