On December 22, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application
dated December 16, 2015, requesting an Individual 401 Certification from the Division for the
subject project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot b
processed at this time. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is receivel

begin the proper consideration of an application (pursuant to 15A NCAC 02H .0503).
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c) the above requested information is necessary for the
proper consideration ofthe application. The Division will benotified h«the USACEwhen 8Public
Notice is issued for your project. No action is necessary by you at this time. This letter is to
