Duplicate copies of all requested information is included in this submittal. All storm drains flowing to SW006 were inspected for any foreign objects or debris that may be causing exceedance. 2. Areas surrounding storm drains were cleaned and inserts placed inside to catch any debris. 3. Waddles were placed around storm drains and replaced as needed. 4. SW006 discharged piping has been repaired/replaced and clean stones placed at the discharge point. 5. The area surrounding the SFC (Submerged Flight Conveyor) has been paved with concrete and SFC are completely contained. 6. The parking lot, roadways and area around intake are all paved and only about 10% is gravel to date. 7. Belt area that conveys gypsum is inspected monthly and cleaned as needed. 8. Additionally, this drainage area contains approximately 280 feet of paved roadways and approximately 320 feet of railways. Significant Conveyor Transport Limestone Materials/Potential (Solid): Gypsum Pollutants Inert Material: Clean metal and plastic Bottom Ash (Dewatered Bottom Ash (slurry) Solids): Delivery Vehicles: BMP Summary • Inspect all vehicles arriving on the plant site and ensure overall integrity of the body or container. • Control leakage or spillage from vehicles or containers and ensure that proper protective measurement. Inert Material • Organize material to prevent struck-by accidents. • Evaluate excess material and properly discard as necessary. Conveyor Transport • Covered conveyor area minimizes threat to impact stormwater. • Operations perform daily walk downs to identify potential stormwater pollutants. • In the event that significant amounts of gypsum or limestone are observed, an inquiry into cause of material loss and potential solutions shall be considered. Train Transport • Inspect loading/unloading areas and clean-up fugitive material, as needed. • In the event that significant amounts of fugitive material are observed, an inquiry into cause of material loss and potential solutions shall be considered. Bottom Ash • Perform daily inspections of the bottom ash equipment to ensure that all water is contained. • Wash down concrete with truck traffic using hose into bunker drain trenches. Notes: 1.
