Belews Creek Steam Station — NCS000573— Stokes County
In accordance with Part III, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the original and one
copy of the permitted stormwater outfalls is enclosed.
The period for sampling ended on March 31, 2021.
There were no qualifying storm events in March 2021.
SW006 is in Tier III status for Copper and Zinc. SW011 is in Tier I status, there was an exceedance of 110
mg/L for TSS in February 2021.
