The period for sampling ended on July 31, 2021. SW003 and SW011 are in Tier I status for analyte TSS; the cause has been identified and corrected. SW0011 analyte TSS was above the benchmark value in May 2021; was compliant below the benchmark value in June 2021. SW006 remains in Tier Ill status for Copper and Zinc; investigations and corrective actions have been conducted to resolve the continued exceedances. There were no qualifying flows for SW003, SW006 and SW011 in July 2021. For the above listed outfalls, the station entered in a Tier I and Tier III status. Duke Energy has performed the steps required by the Tier status at each outfall.
