The Division has begun to review the CSA Report and will inform you of any deficiencies that are noted. According to the Coal Ash Management Act 2014 — G.S. 130A -309.211(b)(1) the Corrective Action for the Restoration of Groundwater Quality (Corrective Action) Report is due no later than 90 days from the submission of the CSA Report. We are looking forward to receiving the Corrective Action Report no later than November 12, 2015.
