To whom it may concern,
121 lriquois Drive Louisburg, NC does have one feature that is a "buffered stream" at the front of the property that
follows the road front of lriquois Drive. The lot reviewed is not located on the Lake.
The rules provide an exemption (no permit required) if driveway installation at a buffered stream is less than 25
feet ....... See attached rule provided in this e-mail.
Also please review the attached guidance with regards to the buffer rules that apply to the one stream feature located
at the road frontage of 121 lriquois Drive.
