The 2007 buffer determination letter remains in effect and feature C remains ephemeral, and is not subject to the buffer rule. In addition, this same feature located west of N. Salem Street (feature C- 2 in this letter) is also ephemeral and not subject to the buffer rule. For example, a stream call issued May 2006 will expire In May 2015 instead of Mav 2011. 912-0) a /Vr a � '� i� + re hOV) 3!1 5+ � &fn 1 For an approval (including a stream call) that was Issued between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2011, e "clock" didn't start running until January 1, 2012- For example, a stream call Issued in September 2010 will expire January 1, 2017. A stream call issued March 1, 2008 will expire January 1, 2017— All that being said, the intent of the bill was to reduce the burden on development, so If they want a new call and it's been five years (without counting the tolling period), we've gone out to make new calls.
