The stormwater management plan (SMP) approved by the City of Charlotte for the Lakepointe
Corporate Center provided to the Division of Water Resources (DWR) via email on July 17', 2015
meets the requirements of the 401 Certification issued on July 30, 1997. The SMP may not be
modified without prior written authorization from the City of Charlotte. A copy of the approval
letter and the modified SMP shall be submitted to the DWR 401 and Buffer Permitting Unit
(1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617) prior to the commencement of the
modifications.
