The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee training records, monitoring records, and the annual certification. Qualitative monitoring has been conducted and documented. Analytical monitoring has been conducted and the facility is in Tier III status for Copper and Zinc at outfalls 3 through 6. Discharges from outfalls 15 through 17 have been comingled with lake water at the outfall and the facility needs to change the sampling practice at these outfalls to capture only the stormwater. The facility has also requested to have outfall 3 represent 3 through 6 and 15 to represent 15 through 17, but a formal application must be received before this request can be processed.
