Sealed Air — Dry Detention

Based on your email dated May 13, 2015, we have designed two (2) dry detention ponds to
treat the post development storm water from the Sealed Air site. These ponds provide
detention that controls the post development peak flows for the 2 and 10 year storms to pre -
developed levels. As stated in your email, this meets the spirit of the 401 Water Quality
Certification issued in 1997.
