Duke Energy Progress, Inc. (Duke Energy) is providing the enclosed consumptive water use information
as required by condition number three of the 401 Water Quality Certification issued for the Yadkin -Pee
Dee Hydroelectric Project (Project) on September 12, 2008. The New License was issued for the Project
on April 1, 2015 which prompted the requirement for this information to be provided to the North
Division of Water Resources (DWR).
