This letter is in response to the N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) letter dated May 1, 2012 regardin� the US
64 Bypass Osbow Mitigation Site in Tyrrell County.
The N.C. Division of Coastal Management (DCM) has revie�ved the annual monitorin� reports pre�ared by NCDOT.
DCM also attended a site visit on April 18, 2012 with NCDOT and other agencies. Based upon this review, DCM a�rees
that no further monitoring is required and that the site may be officially closed.
