signed (SAW-2006-41092) and approved survey map 'provided and included as an attachment to this letter,
zuoo1x the criteria within version 4.1 of the North Carolina Wetland Assessment User Manual to be c}mmmifiod
as Basin qVnt}aodv. ?benefon:` the mzuooded application threshold and nudige1ioo nUin as listed within
Session Law 20l4-]20 (Senate Bill S734v8) applies Lo these particular isolated wetlands.
In accordance with Session Law 20l4l20, you may impact up to one acre of these isolated Basin Wetlands
cumulatively without written approval from the DWR. However, if you wish to impact greater than l.0acres
nf these wetlands you will hu required tn apply for and obtain uu Individual Isolated Wetland Permit and tn
also provide mitigation as doaodbcd within the above nconinm law. The previous permitting thresholds and
conditions still apply to the isolated non-Basin Wetlands and 10 any proposed impacts to SccGum 404
wetlands.
Please be aware that you have no authorization -to -impad any isolated non-Basin Wetlands nor any
