Here it is. I From: Elliott, Jason C Sent: Monday, April 14, 2014 12:41 PM To: Baker, Virginia Subject: RE: sites Hi Ginny, I've attached an aerial map of the B -3126 Tributary to Gunpowder Creek for you to take a look at and see if this is what you're looking for. The map includes that site boundary but I will tell you that on this particular site the buffer planting was done out to the boundary but that's not always the case. If the mitigation site is planted by the roadway contractor and not by Matt Green then on most instances we do not receive a microstation or GIS file that shows that buffer boundary. I'd have to run this by Matt and Randy but it may be that on future mitigation sites we can start GPS'ing the planted buffer area but for all the old sites we simply may not have that digitized. Let me know what you think and if this is what you are looking for prior to the meeting then I'll finish the other ones. Also I want to point out that the newest aerials we have are from 2010 which as you'll be able to see don't show the vegetation as it looks today. Thanks. Thanks again for your patience in giving me explanations that the COE or other regulators were probably familiar with. I had mentioned in the Tues Division 8 -14 merger meeting that I would like to see an overlay of the site buffers on aerials for streams prior to the closeout site visit later in April. I talked to Amy and Eric about this and for the older sites, pre -2003 (the Dixon sites) that overlay aerial won't be needed. Similarly, for the one Dixon site that did not have two bankful events that will be all right since that was an older site and it sounded like you were pretty certain there had been another event nearby. Could you please just send an aerial overlay of the site plan that shows the buffer boundary for Gunpowder Creek, UT to Lineberry Creek Site 1, and UT to N. Deep Creek Site 6 in Division 11. 1 do have the GIS boundary, which I think is the project easement boundary( ?). I did want to make sure what I am looking at is accurate. Thanks much!
