The plat map and other information was provided to allow a determination to be made as to whether or not the site would require compliance with the Neuse Buffer Rule. This specific project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 00-281. The feature is represented on the Wake County Soils map but not on the Cary USGS Quad map. On November 7, 2000 I completed a site visit and determined that there are no features present on this building lot that would be subject to the Neuse River e Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233) . c4; This letter addresses only the applicability of the Neuse Buffer Rules.
