On April 4, 2000, I met with you and Berry to discuss the above referenced project. This project i
referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 00 -098. The features represented on th
Wake County Soils and the USGS Raleigh East maps were evaluated to determine their subjectivit
to the Neuse Buffer Rule. The feature represented on both maps is a creek and as such is subject t
protection under the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protectio
and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233
This feature is Marsh Creek and is delineated on the map received by this Office on April 15, 200(
