• Feature B was determined to be,perennial on all lots evaluated. As'lindicated on, included maps
and letters; Feature'B includes the depicted pond. The pond and feature are subject to buffers
and 401 /,isolated' Waters permitting. As this is -a perennial'feature; there :is a 50' DWR buffer ;,
there isan additional 100' Watershed Overlay setback (F /)-A oveelay)',on Feature B:
• Feature,C was.determined`to be ephemeral on 127,28' Boyce Mill Road. Feature C has an
