Rip Rap amoring to prevent further erosion of creek bank of Tweed Creek. Estimation of placing 2 loads of Rip Rap in a 48'L x 5'H section of eroded bank.

Utilizing a Tri-axle dump truck to bring 2 loads of rip rap to 651 Concord Rd Fletcher, NC 28732. Placing rip rap on creek bank with a 308 Caterpillar Mini -Excavator, and seating rip rap to ensure
material is locked in place, and reduces the opportunity to allow erosion to occur.

Letter of Authorization
I was informed that I needed to give Lawing and Son Site Contractor, LLC my written
approval to make the requested repairs to my property (651 Concord Rd. Fletcher, NC 28732).
The erosion of Tweed Creek is 48 LF x 5'H. Contractor is going to haul in (2) loads of
rip rap and armor the bank, seating the rip rap with a mini excavator. This letter is to give the
contractor my written consent to make these repairs. Feel free to contact me below or Cameron
