We had a sediment loss on R-2247EB overnight. Pictures are attached and a description is included below. Let us know

Subject: R-2247EB Silt Loss

Amy,

We had a silt loss at site 16 on the outlet side of the culvert. The corner of the silt fence and the SDO failed allowing
material to get into the creek. The MPE website is currently showing no rain yesterday, however the silt loss was not
there yesterday. There is approximately 30, 5 gal buckets of silt and 57 stone to remove. Clean up is underway and
repairs and an additional type B basin are being installed.

On a positive note, the inlet side which also had a loss last time held up with no issues.
