The U-2579BA project received 1.92 inches of rain (on MPE site) in a thunderstorm yesterday afternoon. We had a
sediment loss into Smith Creek. Some of the material is from the stream but the bulk of what is shown in the picture is
from a failure in the Erosion Control measure. A few 5-gallon buckets of sediment remain in the channel, plus what is on
the bank. It will be removed from the stream by hand and the floodplain will be cleaned up as much as practicable. Let
