We had a short duration, heavy rain event on the R-2247EB project Saturday night. Crews were back to work today after
the holiday weekend and completed their required NPDES walk through for the project. The following sites had
sediment losses into jurisdictional waters. They have been directed to start clean up.

Amy,

We had silt loss following a 2.22” rain event over the weekend. Permit site 14 lost approximately 7, 5 gal buckets after a
SDO at the outlet failed and material entered the outlet channel. Repairs are on going and clean up is under way of the
silt.

Permit site 15D lost approximately 5, 5 gal buckets of silt and 57 stone after a SDO at the old JS failed and material
entered the stream. Repairs are ongoing and cleanup is under way of the silt and stone.

Permit site 16 lost approximately 4 CY after a SDO failed and material entered the CWD on the west side of the JS on the
inlet side and a SDO failure on the outlet side. Repairs have been made to the SDOs and clean up is under way of the silt.
