Pursuant to an agreement between the North Carolina Department of Administration and the North
Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the
North Carolina General Statutes § 143- 341(4)(g), the following described property located in Wake County, North
Carolina, is allocated to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide additional property for
their needs:
That certain property containing approximately 65 acres located in the southwest quadrant of
Reedy Creek Road and Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, Wake County. This allocation is made at no
cost or consideration to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
