construction, it has been determined the headwall unit for the culvert replacement at Site I on the permit
drawings will peooun*udy impact approximately 48 sq. ft. of4O4wetlands,approximately 16 sq. b. of
surface water,and 4 linear feet iu the jurisdictional stream. The 404 wetlands were previously permitted
for mechanized clearing, and this request would permanently fill that area with the headwall and the
haukG\l behind the wiuAwoOe.
