We had a silt loss at site 15A the inlet side of culvert 15 after a 1.75” rainfall event. Loss is approximately 4 CY. The slope
above the culvert reeled out and undermined the silt fence before dropping into the stream. The contractor is actively
working to remove the accumulated sediment from the stream and repair the failed silt fence. Let me know if you have
any questions or need additional information. In the attached picture you can see the sediment accumulation and the
rill in the slope. Its by the person at the top of the slope.
