Hi Dave. We had a silt bag rupture on the R-2247EB project. It blew out the double row of silt fence and went to the JS.
An estimated 2-3 CY was lost and clean up efforts are underway. The bag had been replaced on Thursday, so we think
the low temperatures caused the bag to fail because it couldn’t flex any longer. Let us know if you have questions.
