The NCWRC was involved during discussions to modify the various provisions of the license and 401 for the Brookfield
Smoky Mountain Hydro project. We fully support the modifications as they will provide more flexibility and benefits to
the aquatic resources of the Cheoah River below Lake Santeetlah.
