Hi Amy. I see Dave is currently out of the office. We need to report a sediment loss at permit site 10 on U-
2579DEF. Approximately 50, 5-gallon buckets of sediment were lost into the stream following a slope failure that
overwhelmed the sit fence and SDO. Crews have been directed to remove any accumulated sediment from the stream
and repair the slope berm and SDO. The project received 3.73” of rain over the weekend and yesterday. Let me know if
