Comment: I met with DIv 9 Roadside,DEO and field project staff to review randomly selected NPDES records at
two separate projects related to the overall W_S Northern Outerloop project ,Sections EB &DEFL
The intersection project(EB)records(34 weeks reviewed)were in good shape with weekly inspections,
notations of losses and maintenance of measures all documented. Precip is monitored via MPE
electronic system. Records at the DEF Section were in excellent shape and included all emails related
to communications between field staff and DOT Div 9 DEO. We reviewed 22 weeks of inspections of
which were randomly selected.
