We had a stream bank collapse on R-2247EB causing the material from behind the SDO to go into the stream at permit
site 4. Estimated loss is approximately 3-4 5 gallon buckets. It was picked up in Kat’s monthly inspection yesterday. Its
being removed, and it will be noted in the NPDES records. Let us know if you have any questions.
