Comments:
Staff visited the site on March 4th. The site is surrounded by overburden approximately 2Sft_ above
ground level. The site is essentially a "hole". The county soils man indicates an intermittent stream
through the whole area to be impacted. However the GOE claimed only portion of the stream as
jurisdictional and imr~ortant. The 126 ft. of impact noted on the application is the u~~nortion of the
COE determination.
