Introductions were made by all in attendance. Jonathan Henderson started the review by describing the project limits and typical sections. Only plan sheets with permit impact sites were reviewed. Sheet 4 -16: No wetlands or jurisdictional streams. Sheet 1'7: Polly Lespinasse asked about streams at stations 186 +00 and 195 +00. Rachelle responded that they were not jurisdictional. Sheet 18 -20: No wetlands or jurisdictional streams. Sheet 21: Wetland and pond at station 245 +00. Culvert extension and roadway widening to the North side, into pond. Pond will be drained for construction and TDE provided. Existing 6'X6' RCBC was extended south with a 72" CSP. John Olinger stated that pipe extension is rusted and in poor condition and should be replaced. 2:1 slopes with guardrail. Pipe systems outlet onto rip -rap pads away from wetland limits. Rachelle Beauregard stated that there is no stream inside the wetland as shown on the plans, only a wetland at this site. Sheet 22: No wetlands or jurisdictional streams. Sheet 23: Wetland and pond at station 270 +00. Wetland on south side will not be impacted by the project. Pond will be drained for construction and TDE provided. No proposed drainage outlet at this site. 2 :1 slopes with guardrail. Potentially more wetlands around pond to be drained. NEU will investigate for impacts related to draining pond. Question was asked about wetland connectivity. Wetlands are not connected across existing roadway. Pond could potentially be spring fed. Sheet 24: Wetland and jurisdictional stream at station 279 +00. Proposed culvert extension and roadway widening to north side. Existing 10'X6' RCBC extended south with bottomless 117 "X79" CM arch. John Olinger stated that this arch was in good condition and does not need to be replaced, no impacts on south side. 2:1 slopes with guardrail. Pipe systems outlet onto rip -rap pads away from wetland limits. Sheet 25 -27: No wetlands or jurisdictional streams. Sheet 28: Wetland and jurisdictional stream at station 340 +50. Existing 48" CSP in poor condition. New pipe will be bored and jacked to line up with the stream at the construction limits. Existing pond upstream from crossing. John Olinger stated that the shoulder is failing above the existing CSP pipe and the pipe is in poor condition. 2:1 slopes with guardrail. Sheet 29 -30: No wetlands or jurisdictional streams. Sheet 31: Rachelle Beauregard questioned jurisdiction of stream at station 384 +50. HDR provided pictures of area which did not appear jurisdictional. Roadway improvements do not impact 24" crossing on —Y16- so area will not be rechecked. Sheet 32 -33: No wetlands or jurisdictional streams. General comments ended.
