Subject: U-2579DEF permit site 16 sediment loss
The U-2579DEF project received a 0.5" short duration rain event last night, and lost approximately 50, 5 gallon buckets
of sediment at site 16. The bulk of the material deposited on the floodplain bench. The loss was the result of a failed
SDO. The contractor has been instructed to remove the loss, repair the SDO and document in the NPDES records. Let
