Skvarla, III Secretary On March 7, 2013, Anthony Scarbraugh with the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) met with you concerning proposed fill and grading activities on a vacant residential lot located on the west intersection of Lakeland Drive and Tranters Creek Drive in Washington, Beaufort County, NC. During the meeting, Mr. Scarbraugh discussed the presence of jurisdictional wetlands on the property that is subject to state and federal regulations. Mr. Scarbraugh requested that Mr. William Wescott of the US Army Corps of Engineers be contacted to delineate the wetland boundary along the relic fill slope prior to proceeding with the proposed fill activities.
