Skvarla, III Secretary On February 1, 2013, at the request of Mrs. Cindy Taylor, a representative for you, Anthony Scarbraugh conducted an on -site determination to review a tributary known as Little Easy Creek and adjacent coastal wetlands located on the subject property for applicability to the Tar - Pamlico Buffer Rules (15A NCAC 2B .0259). During the on -site review, Mr. Scarbraugh confirmed that the Tar - Pamlico Riparian Buffer as previously marked on the ground by yellow falling at the subject property from previous DWQ staff was correct. A copy of the riparian buffer rules is enclosed with this letter for your reference. This letter only addresses the applicability to the buffer rules and does not approve any activity within the buffers. Nor does this letter approve any activity within Waters of the United States or Waters of the State.
