have reviewed the subject stormwater management plan and it appears to be acceptable.
The fact that it is a surface sand filter (i.e. visible) may make it more subject to routine maintenance.
As such, I recommend approval. I was not sure who to address the letter to since there appears to be
a new developer. Anyway, I addressed the letter to the engineer and cc'd the current developer.
