Response to Stormwater DMR Submittal October 2020
Dear Mr. Lanning:
The Winston-Salem Regional Office of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality received
the letter dated January 25, 2021, containing the summary of analytical data for Belews Creek storm water
outfall 006 since the first benchmark exceedance for Copper and Zinc and the summary of corrective actions
taken.
A copy of all documentation associated with the Tier Status of storm water outfall 006 was not provided as
requested in our letter dated December 11, 2020. Please provide a copy of all documents containing the
following information related to the Tier I, II, and III Responses within 30 days of receipt of this letter: a
copy of the responses recorded in the SWPPP, including the dates and values of the benchmark
exceedances; a copy of any inspection reports showing the dates of the inspections and the names of the
personnel conducting the inspections; the selected actions taken with the respective dates the selected
actions were implemented. Furthermore, please include any additional inspection reports concerning outfall
006.
