This office concurs with your revised Figure 2. Jurisdictional Features Map, dated March 2020 for the above referenced
project. The Corps Action ID for the project is: SAW-2020-00347. Please reference this on all future correspondence. This
email serves as my concurrence for the above referenced project and may be used for planning purposes and avoidance
and minimization. Given there are isolated features/ponds excavated in uplands, an approved JD will be necessary in
junction with any permitting. Given my current workload, I will likely complete the JD in conjunction with the permit
