Apparently Dominion Power Transmission line crew has cleared the permanent utility
easement on this project and may have cleared a little more than the permit
outlined I am trying to find out the details and will follow up with you David
Otts called me today and let me know about this situation Hopefully I can find
out what happened tomorrow
