Water Quality (DWQ) for your bridge replacement project on SR 1185 in Rutherford County
(DWQ# 19970278v 1) We wrote you on May 4, 1998 expressing concerns that we have
regarding the design of the project and placing it on hold until those concerns are addressed To
date we have yet to receive a response to our request Unless we hear from you in writing
within 21 days of the receipt of this letter we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this
project and we will retire the file and consider the application as withdrawn Please be aware
that the reapplication for this project will require a new application and corresponding fee
