The proposed project includes the development of Wake Tech's East
Campus to open up significantly more opportunities and bring
technology -focused education and training to individuals in eastern Wake
County. The campus layout and design is still undergoing final design,
however facilities are anticipated to include a tech facility for smart
manufacturing, public safety facility, 100,000 square foot general
education facility, fire rescue center w/ fire tower and dive pond, STEM
building, Workforce Education Center and Innovation Center.
Minor off -site roadwork and utility work may be needed for the
development of the site, otherwise all attendant features (i.e roadways &
utilities) are confined to the site.
