Dewatering Devices
Division 2 respectfully request this addendum to Action ID SAW 201100606 RGP 31
and for NCDWQ Project Number 20110173 The original design was permitted for 17
3 x 11 0 x 40 ASPPA The Original permits allowed 46 Linear Feet of Permanent
Stream Impacts NCDOT requests the addition of 14 Linear Feet of Temporary Stream
Impacts making a total of 51 5 linear feet of permanent Stream Impacts This will allow
for the change in pipe length addition of rip rap and Dewatermg Devices and these
devices will be used to dewater the construction site and will be placed at the existing
Right of Way
