On March 28, 2012, you and Division of Water Quality (DWQ) personnel, Lauren Witherspoon,met on -site to
discuss your proposal to instal I multiple concrete anchors around Tucker Lakefor rigging cables. During the site
visit, you informed DWQ that disturbance would be minimal andbased on site observationsit appears that
installation will not result in the removal of forest vegetation.
Based on our conversatioq it has been determined that the subject projectis "Exempt" from the Neuse River
Riparian Buffer Rules and written concurrencefrom DWQ in not required
You should obtain or otherwise comply with any other required federal, state or local permits before proceeding
with the project, including (but not limited to) Erosion and Sediment Control regulations.
