Dear Sirs
Please find enclosed the modification request for the above referenced project The
purpose for the modification is to accommodate a different pipe size and configuration at
Site 2(English Rd) The original plans called for the placement of a second 48 'pipe at
this location however field conditions encountered after the commencement of the
project make the placement of a single line of 66 corrugated steel pipe with headwalls a
preferable alternative To accommodate the larger diameter pipe and still maintain 3 1
slopes we are requesting an additional 10 LF of permanent stream impacts on the inlet
end at Site 2 This will also result in an increase of 474 square feet of buffer impacts in
Zone 1 and 230 square feet of buffer impacts in Zone 2
