On January 25 2012 I inspected the construction work on NCSR 1145 Shoal Creek Road in Cherokee
County It appears that most of the construction has been completed however sediment and erosion control
measures continue to be maintained
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and mulching are
performed as needed to protect downstream waters A copy of the inspection report is attached to this letter
